Most in-stock orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Domestic orders with an express shipping method placed prior to 11 AM EST Monday – Friday will be processed and shipped the same day.
Please ensure that the shipping address you provide during the checkout procedure is accurate and complete before placing your order. Your shipping address cannot be changed once your order has been processed. All orders are subject to address and billing verification. Some orders, regardless of shipping method, are placed on hold if the customer information does not allow authorization.
Orders cannot be cancelled, changed, or combined once it reaches the processing state. An order in the processing state is being prepared for shipping and can no longer be edited.
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been confirmed. If you do not receive an email please contact us before placing another order for the same merchandise.
ORDER CHANGES OR CANCELLATION
Please note that we are unable to cancel, change, combine shipping or add items to an order once it has been processed. Although order change or cancellation requests are not guaranteed, we will make every effort to accommodate your request. If some of the items included in your order are out of stock, you will be notified via e-mail that your order has been received and the items out-of-stock will be shipped upon restocking. All backordered items will be shipped via standard shipping service at no additional charge.
Advance payment is required. You may pay for your order using either a credit card from Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, a debit card with a Visa or MasterCard logo or a charge card issued by American Express. You can also pay for your order using a PayPal account.
All prices are in US Dollars. Prices are subject to change anytime at the discretion of CrissAngel.com.
In accordance with state law, we are required to charge sales tax on orders shipped within California & Nevada.
INTERNATIONAL DUTIES AND TAXES
Shipments made outside of the US and Canada may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once your package reaches the country of destination and are the responsibility of the recipient. Please make sure to check your country’s import restrictions before purchasing items that may not be allowed.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We take great pride in our reputation for quality and excellent value. It is important to us that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product, we will accept returns of any unwashed, unworn, and unused merchandise within 21 days of purchase. Items must have all tags attached. (Excluding: DVD’s, CD’s, MAGIC items, books, undergarments, earrings, body jewelry, and all discounted/promotional items- all purchases of these items are FINAL*)
Original shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
If you received a defective item and need to replace it, please email us at email@example.com. To expedite correspondence, please include the order number in the subject line.
*Defective items will only be exchanged for the same item.

Place your items and copy of your invoice in a prepaid, insured, traceable method to ensure a safe and documented delivery. Please allow 14 days for us to receive and process your request.

SHIPPING & HANDLING
Most in stock orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Domestic orders with an express shipping method placed prior to 12 PM PST Monday – Friday will be processed and shipped the same day. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email including your shipment tracking number.
Shipping charges are determined based on the item(s) weight, dimension, and destination. Please add all desired items to your shopping cart and proceed to checkout. We do not ship COD.
Orders shall be deemed delivered when the shipping carrier provides confirmation that the package was successfully delivered to the address you submitted during the checkout procedure. CrissAngel.com is not responsible for non-receipt of orders that have been deemed delivered. CrissAngel.com is also not responsible for non-receipt of orders due to failure to properly submit an accurate and complete shipping address during the order process.
Domestic Shipping: **P.O. Boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses will be shipped via USPS.
International Shipping (Outside the US): You are responsible for any and all duties and taxes incurred upon delivery. If you refuse to pay duties and taxes your order will be returned to CrissAngel.com. You will receive a credit for the subtotal of the order but will not be refunded the cost of shipping and handling.
If you have not received your delivery, you must contact us within thirty (30) days of purchase or we will not be obligated to re-ship.
If for any reason your order is classified as ‘undeliverable’ and is returned to CrissAngel.com, you will be notified via email. Your order will be cancelled due to a failed delivery attempt, and you will be issued a refund for your order subtotal. Shipping and handling will not be refunded. CrissAngel.com will not re-ship any order that is classified as undeliverable and returned to us.
