Im going for my 3rd degree black belt and im 18 years old, quite an accomplishment and without criss' speeches every week on believing in yourself and being able to accomplish whaever you set out for I would not of made it this far, Criss has helped me out a lot in pushing foward no matter how hard it is, and I want this to inspire everyone else not to give up on their dream, thank you Criss
