I think a lot of people especially in these days just don't get the chance to be who they really are, I think the best advise to give someone would be to, be who you truly are, no matter what & everything else will come naturally.
"To be myself" isn't really advise that I was given, I've kind of always felt that way. I think people should just be themselves, & love themselves for who they are, no matter what anyone else thinks. Too many people are unhappy with many different things about themselves, whether it be their weight or their looks, Be happy with who you are, you have to love yourself from the inside & know that your body is just your shell, what is inside is what counts!!
