he was a wonderful man. so kind.

richard was a kansas highway worker and was replacing a highway sign when a semi hit his dump truck and overturned it on to him. he was crushed and died instantly. the man who hit him went to court and was found not guilty. even though all the evidence was against him .he will pay when he faces god.
