I SIT AND STARE. MY MIND RACES, MY HEART CHASES, I CAN FEEL THE BLOOD RUNNING THROUGH MY VEINS. DARK NIGHTS AND DARK DAYS ARE ALL I'M SEEING LATELY. LOST DIRECTION, MAD AT MY REFLECTION. I FEEL LIKE I'VE LET ME DOWN. WANTING, LONGING, NEEDING, WITH NO GUIDANCE, NO PATH, I'M LOST IN THIS PLACE. HOWLING, SCREAMS, TEARS, IN MY DREAMS. I WAKE UP I'M EMPTY, I GO TO BED I'M EMPTY. LOOKING FOR MORE, NEED MY HEART TO BE WHOLE, LOOKING DEEP WITHIN MY SOUL.... I'M EMPTY. HELP ME.

      I have to think as I get a tad older that crossroads come into our lives because choices have to be made...over time. And sometimes those changes occur over night like an answered prayer, and others like a fine work of art. Aged like wine, blossoming like a flower on a bright spring day. May the sunshine in Rhode Island keep you warm and always know that you have someone next to you...your spirit in your shadow. That is the angel that walks besides you !!! I can't say when all of it will come together...but what I can say...as a Loyal Friend I will always be there for another Loyal Family member in need....
