I found a barter situation for rent/work that will allow me to stay here.

A guy has a charity he needs someone to work on in exchange for rent. A small triangular shaped room with bathroom.

I can work on my charity as well....to assist single moms with housing so they can go to school and still keep their children living with them and in the best schools around.

His charity is tutoring/education.

I can do my yoga, play my violin, get back to school and start passing my classes again and still be able to go visit Jess in the evenings.

For now, this has to work or I end up in CA...I don't want to be that far away from her.

This is only 6 months or so temporary and a bit funny living with a guy who is not my boyfriend or fiance, but we are both trying to find a way to make it work.

I will keep you in the loop....it seems like things are working on getting better though.
