This is our adventure in Big Bear to see Criss get a new Chopper

Sean and I decided to make the trip to Big Bear to see Criss get presented with a new Chopper and besides it had been awhile since we've seen him. A friend of mine has a daughter that has never met Criss yet and I just LOVE taking people for their first meeting with Criss. I love to watch the total excitement and love on their face. So we started out early and our friends were following us up the mountain in their car. The wait was long but well worth it. Another special idea I had was to get an autograph from Costa if he was there for my dear friend Diana in Oklahoma. She had emailed me a picture of her and Costa that was taken on a previous trip to Vegas. I took it with me in hopes of seeing Costa and getting it signed. Oh, it was my lucky day in so many ways!!! First, being able to spend a great day with my son Sean and my friends, experiencing someone meeting Criss for the first time, being greeted so warmly by Criss and his family and yes ~ getting my friends picture autographed by Costa!!!!! Other absolutely fabulous things about the day were finally meeting my friend JeannieAnn in person!!! We had talked so many times on Criss' site and we finally met today ~ love you girl!! Meeting other Loyals is just such an added bonus. I also saw Vera another Loyal friend of mine and I met alot of great new people. I saw Criss' entire family and was able to speak with each of them which was great. At one point Costa was standing all alone and I decided that was my time for the autograph ~ he was so gracious and kind and said "of course I will sign this for her", what a sweetheart! We talked for a bit and my buddy JeannieAnn came over and took a couple of pictures of us ~ so sweet of her, because I didn't have my camera with me, Sean had it!! While we were in line I met a really sweet woman and her daughter and they are Greek, so she taught me how to say "I Love You" in Greek. Cool, I thought, I will say it to Criss, so I practiced it over and over while I waited in line :-) Sean and I bought some stuff at a stand they had set up with Criss' stuff and I had my Believe program with me that I was going to get signed. JD was running around as usual keeping things flowing smooth and We got to chat a bit throughout the day and of course pictures were taken :-) They gave us sticky notes so that Criss could do the autographs more quickly, so I wrote my name on mine and put a little heart on it (I know, I'm a hopeless romantic). We all continued waiting and with such great people around me, it was fun, we just talked and laughed and had a good time. I wore the most ridiculos shoes you could imagine to an event like this ~ yes, heels!!!! High ones at that!! (See my shoes in the pic of me & Costa) My feet were absolutely killing me by the end of the day. When Sean and I were next to meet Criss, I was chatting with Costa, JD and Tommy and Criss looked up and smiled, clearly recognizing Sean and I. I was ready to try out my new Greek phrase and decided to test it out on JD first ~ lol. So I said it to him and asked him, will Criss know what I said? JD smiles and says, "he'll know exactly what you said, then watch his reaction" So I figured I was good to go to say it to Criss. JD overheard my complaining about my shoes and looks at my feet and says Oh my God, how can your feet not hurt in those!!!! and we laughed. I was then showing Costa my program and I said, "look I drew a little heart by my name, isn't that cute?" and he said, "well maybe Criss will draw one on your program" Sean went up to see Criss first and Criss says, hey, it's been awhile since I saw you guys and smiles and they start talking to eachother about magic and other stuff, because Sean is an Illusionist. They took their picture together which was adorable and then it was my turn. I walked over and said "Hey Baby!" and he smiled and said hi and we talked a little bit and had our picture taken, I didn't want to hold things up because there were alot of people still there to meet him. So, I tell him, I want to tell you something, so he looks at me waiting . . . . and I said it . . . . "I love you" in Greek to him. He smiles and tells me that I spoke it very well and then says it back to me with something added to it and of course since "I Love You" is ALL the Greek I know, I looked confused and he smiles and says "that means very much" (the part he added to it) That was so sweet ~ it just made my day!! After meeting Criss, Jason, his assistant comes over to Sean and I and asks us if we would mind if they filmed us. Well, of course we didn't mind and said yes! So, we wait while they get things ready and what a sweetheart Jason is ~ so polite, getting me some water. Thank God, because I was so thirsty. He was helping me to put my stuff down and accidently dropped my camera. I swear my heart almost stopped ~ all I could think was ~ Oh no! My pictures!!!! But it was just fine, camera survived perfectly, all my pictures intact!! But it did scare Jason!! They asked Sean about him looking so much like Criss, how long we have been fans and why we love Criss and why we are fans of his. Sean and I both spoke on camera and expressed our feelings about Criss and his work and why we are Loyals and how Criss has inspired Sean in Magic. At the end of our interview Jason asked Sean if he could put his mouth up to camera like he's going to bite it the way Criss does, and I laughed because Sean does do that and he did it on camera today ~ very cute!! It was very cool :-) Then, I was talking with Mona, who was one of the people who presented Criss with the new Chopper. She is a total sweetheart and we stood there talking like old friends. George was also nearby ~ eating a sandwich, I was going to get a picture, but decided to let him eat instead ~ lol. There will be a next time. LIttle did I know that JeannieAnn had been able to get some really cool candid shots of us from different points in the day ~ so awesome. Since we were being filmed, it passed enough time that when we were finished, my friends were meeting Criss and I got to see that too ~ which was totally awesome. Shelby couldn't quit giggling ~ it was so cute!! When we were getting ready to leave, we went to say good-bye to everyone and give hugs ~ first Costa, who told us to be safe going home and asked where we live, how far we had to go (how cute) then JD and finally Criss. I looked at the program and decided to tease Criss and tell him that he forgot the heart and that Costa said he would do it and so Criss smiled, took it back and added a heart ~ Awwwww I told him we were leaving and I said "Bye Babe" and he said said "See you soon, bye Honey" What a great day!!!

Earlier in the day, I did get to go in the showroom and see the bikes ~ there was the new Chopper ~ Absolutely beautiful and the Believe Bike. Both were totally awesome. I have great video and pics of both.
