Yoga is great for the body.
I do yoga 3-4 days a week. It's great for the body, because it makes the body slim, lithe and it gives also a better concentration.
I train yoga by watching a DvD. First it was hard, but now I'm used to it.
These trics I do, wasn't on the DvD. One of them, I learned by my friends and the other two I did self.
