Met Criss at Mindfreak Luxor Premier
August 3, 2008This is my amazing night at the Mindfreak Luxor Premier
This was one of the most amazing days I've had in a very long time.
I arrived at the Luxor on July 22, met up with another Loyal and settled into
our room. We went down to the CA store and they told us that Criss was out of
town until the 23rd, he had flown to Clearwater to practice for the implosion
stunt and would be flying back the following day.
On July 23 they were to have the premier of Mindfreak on a very large screen in
front of the CA store. We got up very early that day and spent hours walking around
the hotel waiting till it was time to get in line to the roped off area that the stage and
the screen was set up at. Criss wasn't suppose to show up till sometime after the
premier show because he was at the Cathouse watching it and then had to meet the press after the show.
At around 11:30 everyone started yelling Criss, or Mindfreak to try and get him to
come out, he finally showed up at around 11:45. This was absolute the most amazing night ever. He talked alot about how much he loves his Loyals and also talked alot about the Believe live show.
Everyone had thought that he was going to maybe do a signing but because the crowd was so huge that turned out to be impossible. After he finished with what
he wanted to talk about he said he would take 5 questions from the crowd.
Some people asked him some crazy questions like will you marry me and then he said ok ask me some real questions. Sooo I got up the nerve to speak up, I still can't believe that I did it. I had brought Criss a statue of the scarecrow from the Wizard Of OZ it said on the bottom I'm the brains of the group and I also made him a paperweight that had a picture of his mother and father inside of it.
I wanted to give these to him, I was standing right in front next to the stage with some friends and so I got up my nerve and raised my hand.
I asked him Was it true that he liked the Wizard of Oz and why. He said that when he was a kid he was afraid of the witch and that there is going to be a surprise in the believe show that is something like the wizard in the wizard of oz. He took my gifts and talked about the scarecrow but really liked the paperweight that I made. He told everyone that after leaving there no matter how you feel about your parents you should call them and just let them know that you love them.
He told me that he was going to put it on his desk and everytime he sees it he would not only think of his mom and dad but would think of me. He said thank you from the bottom of my heart and I mean that.
He did a picture with me and also signed a picture that I had of him with him in the white outfit he will be wearing in the Believe show.
This was one of the best days ever, I think Criss is such an amazing person and very sincere how he feels about his Loyal fans.
