I know what you're thinking...how cliche. You joined the gym as a New Year's resolution.
My response to that is nope, that's not why I did it. I have been contemplating this particular thing for the past 3 months or so and I finally feel ready to make the commitment! I have been eating healthier, I met with a trainer last Thursday, and I have been everyday since I signed up! Also, my hubby has agreed to me meeting with a trainer twice a month to help me stick to my goals. I'm gonna get to do the biggest loser without having to go on the show! WOOHOO! Anyway, Criss has inspired me and he will continue to inspire me through my journey. My first goal is 20 lbs and I hope to do it by the end of February and my trainer said I could. I'm gonna work my butt off to do it! Literally!
