Did you visit India or Dubai? Please tell me!

I'm going to India and Dubai next month (november 9, to be more specific) and need some advices. I bought a great guide for the two places but is always very good when we listen experiences!!!! Please, if you went someday, tell me what did you think about it! My trip will be a job trip, but I think I will can visit some places and, the mean, I will learn more about another different culture and it's the best part!

      i didn't visit India or Dubai, but my dad did. He told me that Dubai & India are beautiful cities with a lot of places to see and people to meet. I hope you'll have fun. Hugs.

      I never been to india or dubai but my mum went round the world but i went to canada , france and newyork only . dubai is a very beautiful country and very big . and i dunno much about india . Loyal Hammie Criss .

      hi bonita, no never been to either place but def. would love to, but 1st i wanna go to Vegas before i go anywhere else again, oh and of course to Brasil on 'my day' June 12 Valentines day to visit you and strike you with an arrow of love!!you know i like to joke around!!have a great time, take alot of pics and be esp. safe and sound, bon voyage!!!DIANA ok im gonna guess how you say it in Brazilian Bom Viajo! that my guess, haha!

      In Dubai, be aware of their rules and being a tourist is not an excuse. They have curfews, meaning there's a time and day to roam around but different places have different curfews I think. Then the outfit, wear a long coat or a shirt that covers your butt with 3/4 sleeves with matching jeans, don't wear leggings, just jeans. Sometimes it is required to cover your face with a scarf in some places. AND, MOST OF ALL, don't bring any religious article especially bible! You could get beheaded if you do, stay away from it even if you see one!

      What are you doing to do in Dubai anyway?

      Hey Lorena, i have gone to Dubai like 7 years ago n it is hot.. literally lol. but novembet should be good weather. what u should do? u should go shopping!!!!!!!!! (if u have time of course lol) and OMG theie salons are rlly rlly cool. they are experts on hair, make-up even hina. even if u just go sight seeing u will be amazed on how beautiful the buildings are. as for India, haven't been there lol.

      Hey Lo, haven't been to both places but know people who have gone to both countries. Great place to visit. For India, please make sure you get the vaccinations and please do not drink the tap water. Also be careful with food. Try not to buy from street sellers. If you are staying in the hotel, u shud be fine. Also a good way to see India is by the train and the train service with food etc is good. Please watch your handbag at all times. For Dubai, also a great place to visit and lots of sightseeing! Have fun!

      Hmmm....never been to either place myself...there are a few folks from India here on the site but I don't know how often they come on anymore. Where in India are you going? I have a few co-workers from there but India is pretty big country and the folks from each state are pretty different, lol.
