This essay is alot longer than I thought!!!

I couldn’t believe that I was in Las Vegas, about to meet my #1 inspiration, Criss Angel. The feeling was overwhelming and I was next in line. My mom gave the camera to a security guard, so he could get my mom and I in the picture with Criss. We had told Criss that we knew his first cousin Nicole. He said “Oh, Nicole. She’s a sweetheart.” This goes to show that Criss really does care about those who support him. As soon as we took the picture, Criss said it was nice to meet us and he thanked us for coming to the show. We gave our final goodbyes, and walked away. So far, I had met not only Costa (Criss’s brother) but also Criss. I didn’t think the night could get any better. As I was walking out the door, I recognized Joaquin Ayala. He is a new crew member that helps Criss make his magic so special. He recently joined the Crew midway through Season 4 of MINDFREAK on A&E. I stopped and asked him to sign my show program. He kindly did so and thanked me and my mother for recognizing him from such a large crowd. I had told him that I was a magician as well. He looked at me and said “keep it up, because dreams do come true. All you have to do is believe.” After that we went to the Mindfreak merchandise store, but it was already closed. I returned back the next day. How could I leave without buying something there? This changed my entire life. Most people say that he is just another normal celebrity, but I knew he isn’t. He has something special, that nobody else does. This changed my life because I know that he CAN do his demonstrations and illusions live and on stage. With all of the impossible things he does, my only option is to think camera tricks. The moral of the story is “dreams do come true. All you have to do is believe.” -Joaquin Ayala
