I didn't realize that you could only post so many words in a blog!

When I first saw Criss walk out on stage, I was amazed. You could see from the smile on his face that he wasn’t doing the show for the money. He made his grand appearance, which was his world- famous self levitation. There he was on stage, levitating 15 feet in the air! I could hear the spectators in the audience talking to each other, “How does he do that?” and “Oh My GOD!”. The show itself is simply indescribable. It was illusion after illusion, but it was woven in with dancers who moved in ways that I never thought possible as well as live music, and wonderful stage effects. Try to imagine a cross between Alice and Wonderland, and the Wizard of Oz, and you will have Criss Angel “beLIEve”, this is if you add in the dark side of Criss. He has built his entire career by putting a dark look on magic. He never believed in magicians with top hats and magic wands. He was determined to do something different. I was disappointed to see the show end, but I knew that it wouldn’t last forever. I had picked up some of the confetti that fell from the ceiling during the double upside down straight jacket escape routine as a souvenir. At the closing of the show, Criss had thanked his family, his crew, and his fans. Criss quoted “If it weren’t for you, the loyal fan club, I wouldn’t be here today. In honor of that, I want to personally meet each and every one of you in the beLIEve store!” That was the last thing he said before running offstage. It was late already, and my mom is not one who stays up that late. The thought crossed my mind that she wouldn’t want to stay.
