In case you hadn't heard, it has been reported that Las Vegas headliner Danny Gans died suddenly in his sleep early Friday morning. Known as the "Man of many voices", Danny was perhaps best known for his impression of George Burns, although his act included multitudes of impressions of celebrities such as Frank Sinatra, Sammy Davis Jr., Elvis Presley, Michael Jackson, and Forrest Gump. In his many years on the Vegas strip (starting in 1996), Danny headlined at the Stratosphere, the Rio, the Mirage, and most recently at the Wynn and was voted "VEGAS Entertainer of the year" eleven times in a row. He was much loved in Vegas and was very active for local charities. He is survived by his wife and three children.
