Have been out of the Loop a Long Time...

Hi Everyone...been out of the Loop a Long Time.... A lot has changed in my Life recently .....Living a new Lifestyle....a more healthy Lifestyle .....When someone is Diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes, it really gives you a Wake up call and changes your whole perspective on how you view your life...So please excuse me if I'm not on here as much but I will try to keep up.....It was a shock to the system I'll tell you that ....Still adjusting.....angry and wanting to fight.....It is a lot more common than I thought.....And Now Christopher if You're reading this.....Working out with you Indoors and Outdoors....Is no longer a Choice for me.......It's a Necessity....Being supportive as I can be so yeah , I need your motivation now......more than I ever did before......I don't just do it for me anymore......I am now a Hands on Coach, learning nutrition, and all round cheerleader all in one......Will talk soon take care; Elorac out....
