OBE: '' Out of body experience ''

Have you ever experimented an out of body experience? Have you ever felt weird after a dream, like if you were really at the places you've been in your dream? Have you ever seen your double, your '' other you '' and this, without sleeping?

As you can see, I already posted 2 blogs called '' I had a strange dream '' and '' Souls meeting '' and it's all about OBE '' out of body experience ''. When those things happened to me, I just didn't know what was all about. But my experiences just shown me that I had the capacity to travel with my double (a part of the soul) and this, sometimes without sleeping! And I don't talk about the imagination! That's amazing!

In one of my two other blogs on that subject, I wrote about some experiences. One of my ex boyfriend saw me in the corner of the room in the early morning and the second after, I opened the door of the room to get in...I was not in the room when he saw me in the corner of the room...I was in the kitchen and I was awaked! So, Martin saw my double. My last boyfriend J-F woke in the night and saw me just sit next to him on his side of the bed...and when he came to touch my back, his hand passed through me and I (my double) disappeared, just like a ghost...the second after he looked at the other side of the bed, and I was sleeping next to him. He didn't know about the experience of Martin, my other ex. I told him after. Once, early in the morning, I woke up...and I saw my other me...my double was watching me sleep. When I realized that, my double disappeared. Kind of weird, don't you think?

Everybody have out of body experiences but most peoples don't remember it when they awake. They do it unconsciously and for them, that's nothing else than a simple dream. In the out of body experiences unconscious, there's sometimes part of reality and part of fantasy. It can be just fantasy too...That's a dream. But if the subject do it with conscience? If the subject WANTS to live that experience, he can do it too. That's really amazing!

      I know I made unconscious OBE (read the experiences with ex boyfriends above) because when I wake up sometimes, I feel like I was with a certain person and that person is comforting me with his presence when there's something wrong or when I need to see him. I think that I am reaching to him often at night....seems to be crazy? Maybe it is...don't know! But I feel that I am connected with that person at night. Just don't know if that person is feeling the same. That's why I'm trying to make a conscious OBE...I need to find some answers! Because I don't really know that man....and I am ''dreaming'' to that person since 2 years and half.....I need to know if it's real or not....

      This method I'm trying to do is the method explained by S.Muldoon and H.Carrington. In the book, they explained that nobody else (or nothing else) can get in your body and take your place. I know that I often did unconscious OBE...twice I made conscious OBE, but it happened after I lost consciousness because of intense pain. The first OBE, I was clearly floating at the ceiling level...I saw my own body on the bed. The second time, I was feeling down (like wanted to die) and I went to sleep....but I found myself somewhere else, don't know where, but it was outside...it was so sunny, so luminous and there was a lot of flowers....I know that I was not dreaming...I was somewhere else.

      Ya think maybe something else got in you when you were open like that? Its not unheard of ya know... you really should know the method block before you open...just saying if you wanted to know if someone knows what your talking about and understands well there are people that do...

      I know I am on my way to succeed to a conscient OBE experience. It's really exciting to me.

      My second experience, at night, it was almost done, I had the same symptoms that precede the OBE experience, but more intense. I was feeling like I was leaving my body...all my body was paralysed, I was numb and behind my eyes closed, I began to see some strange things......I began also to heard strange things and, just before I succeed, the weird sounds afraid me and I decided to make a end at the experience. When I sit in my bed, my vision was different than usually, I was still numb and I was feeling absent, like a part of me was gone somewhere. My skin was full of pricklings feet to head and I was hearing a loud whistling. I was feeling really bizarre.

      Yesterday I tried twice to make conscient out of body experiences. Once in the afternoon and the second time at night.....when I tried it in the afternoon, I was near to succeed....I had all the symptoms that precede the OBE experience, but something really weid happened: my eyes was closed but I saw a very luminous light, it was a pure white light and I received like an electric impact through all my body. More weird, after this I felt like I had a new energy in me. So I decided to prepare the dinner, like if nothing happened, and for a few seconds, I heard like a heart beat...it was clearly that. But most weird, it wasn't mine.
