Criss Angel Food Ice Cream Cake Recipe

Ingrediants: (I use Washington Cherry and Chocalate Klondike Bars and Hot Fudge sauce)
- 1 pre-made Angel Food Cake (store bought or bake yourself)
- 2 packages of your favorite "Klondike" ice cream bars (12 bars)
- Ice Cream Sauce (your favorite flavor)
- Whip Creme (I use spray type)
- Any other toppings you like (nuts, sprinkles, cherries.....)
Construction:
Rip up Angel Food Cake into pieces (medium size) Place one layer of cake pieces into an Angel Food Cake Pan take about 3 Klondike bars (softened) and spread over cake Repeat layers until all ingrediants are gone *Press layers into pan with back of a large spoon
*Wrap with wax paper and and aluminum foil freeze overnight.
Plating dessert: (Remove cake from freezer about 15 -20 minutes before serving) (Use dinner size plate) Remove cake from pan and slice into about 8-10 slices make a design with your sauce on the plate * lay slice of cake down and top with all your favorites!!!
It is Heavenly!!!!!!
