a holocaust surviver.

about 4 weeks ago i took in an african plated lizerd(a real exotic). It is a desert lizerd, it came with lamps, and in its tank was only a heat rock, log hide, and worm dish with 3 dead superworms, and another dish that had greens in it, and terrimum carpet!! It reked horrid, & had small deposits, which is why i hate that carpet shit!

so i started right away the next day getting desert lizerd sand and a water bowel, and climbing decor, waxworms and crickets, the minut i started to put the food in it started eating everything it could catch, it never once ate greens or fruit. in two days of having it it turned from pale green to brown(the color it should be). i noticed it was dehydrated and trouble sheding, so i put it in the bathtub once a week, it started to look better, and wee regular with normal size calc deposits.(which is what shows its a female) it was recovering but real slowly, i bought vitimans and elycolytes from petsmart and did exactly what the directions read(2 drops per fl oz into water bowl) and dusted some 4 out of 12 crickets with another vitimen recomended by staff.

the next morning i looked to see she was soaking in the water and only 2 crickets were left. since she was looking good i put the rest of the crickets in & decided i would leave to my boyfriends for the night, i came home the next day(halloween) and she was dead....
